Pawlenty to sue over healthcare bill

Minnesota Republican Governor Tim Pawlenty announced on Tuesday that he will sue the federal government on the "basis that the federal government now requires citizens to buy health insurance." This announcement came a day after Attorney General Lori Swanson recommended he not sue over the health care bill.
