Twins' Nathan to likely miss 2010 season

Minnesota Twins star closing pitcher Joe Nathan has a significant elbow ligament tear. Surgery is a probable result of the injury, which would likely eliminate the possibility of the all-star pitching in the 2010 season. This is a major blow to the Minnesota Twins organization.

  1. Great summary! We definitely need Nathan this season! I don't know what the Twins would do without him. It's crazy to hear all the fans saying it's time to trade him because of what happened during post season and now with his injury but they only see those couple games he messed up and not the 47 saves he had. Were lucky to have the greatest closer in MLB. Hopefully he's able to play this season.
