Obama includes health care reform in 2011 budget

Even with the possible loss of the needed majority to pass the current version of the health care reform bill in the election of Republican Scott Brown, Obama is confident the bill will pass. Included in his budget for the fiscal year of 2011 is the $150 billion deficit reduction that the bill is expected to create.
