Recent studies show that too much sitting can offset the benefits of exercise. Even with daily exercise, sitting frequently at work or at home can still trump the benefits of exercise and lead to obesity and illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes.

Wow, that is really weird. I never thought that sitting down can affect us that much, especially when it comes to our heart and weight. Thanks for posting.
